What is the difference betweenClinical Pilates andReformer Pilates?

Clinical Pilates classes take a more personalisedapproach to treatment and are all run by highlytrained instructors. Exercises are specific toyour individual needs (as determined by a trainedprofessional). Clinical Pilates will adapt and changeto suit your level and abilities. If injuries becomeaggravated through exercise, medication, orotherwise, then the program will adapt to yourcurrent physical status.The goal of Clinical Pilates is to help activate thespecific muscles in your body that will bring thebiggest rewards, namely fast and safe recovery and areturn to full physical capacity. Rather than giving ageneral exercise program your Clinical Pilates traineruses their knowledge and training to provide anindividualised program which targets specificmuscles. Our instructors understand the needsof your body and prescribe a Pilates program thatwill get you living pain free.
