Reformer Class

Group Reformer Class

(Max 6 people per class)

Intimate and challenging with a maximum of 6 people per class, these smaller class sizes allow for proper supervision and correction of form to ensure you get the most from your exercise and avoid injury.

Some reformer sessions in the studio are tailored to  follow a personalised workout plan, while others are structured more like a group session.

If you’re NEW to Pilates or to the studio we recommed to begin with Power Stretch, Tower Beginner and Studio Equipment  in order for you to be comfortable and confident to join the open level reformer classes.

Interested in our Studio but don't know where to start?

Try our Reformer Intro Offer of x4 classes for $79.  We encourage to give us  call so we can guide you toward the most suitable classes for your experience and goals. If you are new to Pilates or familiar with the reformer, but new to the other studio equipments,  your first sessions will focus on helping you getting comfortable with the full range of equipment that we offer. As a general guide line, we recomend starting with:

 

  1. Power Stretch: Our signature class that comprises of dynamic stretch movements on the Reformer and Tower equipment. This class is designed to increase your flexibility and make you feel great! This is a great way to slowly familiarise with both Tower and Reformer in a slower and relaxed enviroment.
  2. Beginner Tower: The perfect class to introduce members that are new to the Tower machine. This class is deigned to work on your stability and core strength.( This class is not suitable during pregnancy).
  3. Studio equipment : use a combination of apparatus such as Reformer, tower, Cadillac and Chair. With adjustable spring resistance that can either support you or challange you. For new clients, the equipment can actually make exercises feel more supported and easier to learn. We recommend join this class after a session of Power Stretch or Beginner tower as we need students to have an idea of how to use at least one of the apparatus.
  4. Reformer class : our reformer classes offer different style. Some classes are tailored to the individual, where each person follow their own program, other reformer classes are run a s a group session, where everyone moves through the same workout together. If you are unsure which option is best for you, please contact us prior bookings
