Intimate and challenging with a maximum of 6 people per class, these smaller class sizes allow for proper supervision and correction of form to ensure you get the most from your exercise and avoid injury.
Generally our reformer classes are open level, meaning that we will have clients with different levels of ability in each class. However, if you’re new to to pilates or to the studio we also offer foundation/beginner classes in order for you to be comfortable and confident to join the open classes.

- Beginner Reformer: The perfect class for anyone with minor injuries, is new to our studio or Pilates in general. For anyone with Pilates experience, this is still a great workout as we keep our classes small so that we can tailor the session to your level. Once our members feel confident, you’re encouraged to progress into our Open Level classes.
- Reformer Stretch: Our signature class that comprises of dynamic stretch movements on the Reformer and Tower equipment. This class is designed to increase your flexibility and make you feel great!
- Beginner Tower: The perfect class to introduce members that are new to the Tower machine. This class is deigned to work on your stability and core strength.

The Different Typesof GroupReformer Classes
REFORMER BEGINNER: This is the ideal class if you are new to pilates or you are looking for a slower workout. We also recommend to anyone new to the studio. It’s also suitable for anyone with minor injuries and pregnant members.
REFORMER OPEN LEVEL: This class is the natural progression from our Reformer Beginner class and is catered towards intermediate and advance members. After a few beginner classes and when the client is comfortable, we encourage our members to progress into our Open Level classes.
MID-LIFE & BEYOND: A class we’ve specifically created to be suitable for all members aged 50+. The class is designed to strengthen your body, but generally slower than an Open Level class. This class will help you to fight the effects of osteoporosis or osteopenia, targeting muscle and bone strength, effectively preventing further bone mass loss.
REFORMER STRETCH: The Reformer Stretch is our signature Pilates class and is great for everyone that wants to gain more stretch and flexibility through dynamic movements. This class is also a great way to introduce you to our Tower classes as parts of the session will be using the Tower Machine.
