Teacher Training

CoreAlign training is for individuals with a strong background in movement, such as accredited Pilates instructors, personal trainers, movement teachers and physical therapists.

Tailored Workout

Classes are designed for you. We design every session according to your individual physical needs and goals. We support your movement progress with anatomical knowledge and care.

Small Group

4 to 6 people in each class. At Unity Pilates we value correction and attention to detail so that you feel great after every class which is why we offer small group classes. You will not need to train in a crowded room with 12 people and more per class.

International Education

At Unity Pilates we host only the best teacher training programs developed out of the US from balanced body

Fully Certified Instructors

At Unity Pilates our teachers are fully certified, that means that they know the repertoire of all piltates apparatus.

Elisa is an amazing instructor and I cannot recommend her enough. Her extensive knowledge in the field shows with her ability to tailor exercises for each individual in a class, as well as being able to identify areas of weakness that require improvement in each student. Elisa ensures everyone in her class is attended to, and will push you to work hard while making each class an enjoyable experience for all. If you want to feel sore after a workout, you will want to do a class with Elisa!

Elisa is by far one the best instructors I have ever had .She is enthusiastic, passionate and really makes sure you get the best work out possible, all whilst making it fun and enjoyable.You definitely feel the burn after her classes .I look forward to attending one of Elisa’s classes as I know she will always challenge me and keep fun and motivating.No words for this incredible woman other than amazing .

Elisa’s passion and enthusiasm for pilates really comes through in her teachings. I have been carrying a previous lower back injury and she has helped me to understand how to use the correct muscles and build strength. Her classes are challenging, but she will always guide you through modifications, if needed. It’s obvious Elisa puts a lot of thought into each class to ensure you are progressing and looking after your body. Her classes are fun and full of personality - it’s rare I will walk out of one of her classes without a smile on my face!

Elissa’s classes are hands-down the best Pilates classes I’ve tried. They are challenging (very), fun and variable, which prevents me getting bored. Elissa has a great personality, helping to keep me engaged. She is very funny and this makes it all the more enjoyable! I always feel better after having attended :)

Elisa is an amazing pilates instructor and I have always had a great workout with her. Classes are well structured and she is very responsive to injuries you may have. She is also a lovely person. Highly recommended!
